AutoVimation Camera enclosures

Established in 2008, Karlsruhe-based autoVimation was founded by Peter Neuhaus to provide solutions for easier installation and adjustment of image processing components. The company has developed a modular construction kit that simplifies the assembly of cameras, lights and accessories, effectively doing away with the costly and time- consuming manufacturing of dedicated mounting brackets.

Easy to integrate enclosures

The AutoVimation range consists of compact and easy to integrate housings. These offer optimal protection for cameras and lenses in industrial applications and ensure good heat dissipation.

Autovimation supplies complete, turnkey mechanical solutions for cameras and lighting fixtures and enables the integration of special lenses, filters, light curtains, encoders or other sensors.

AutoVimation produces protective camera enclosures and an extensive range of accessories for virtually any environment. The housings are just as variable as the applications: from extremely compact to large - from easily integrated enclosure to high-quality stainless steel in hygienic design - there is a solution for every application. Thanks to the patented heat-guide / quick-lock camera attachment from AutoVimation, the outer casing acts as a heat sink for the camera. For example, the camera system can be used at ambient temperatures up to 20°C. Water cooling systems and enclosures with peltier climate control are available to further expand the temperature range.

The "Machine Vision Construction Kit", makes it easy to integrate cameras, lighting and other components into a machine, using prefabricated parts, avoiding design time and allowing easier adaptation to the application.

Each component is equipped with a mechanical adapter (MMVI Interface) and is easily mounted and adjusted using autoVimations kit.

The customers consist of renowned companies from various industrial sectors, such as the pharmaceutical and food industry, measurement technology, quality control and safety technology.
