DVC Machinevision has an extensive support department for our customers with 5 employees.

For both the individual components as well as the completely delivered systems it may be possible that you need support. We can help you.

We can also provide your company with training for your employees.

Our support department has direct contacts with the various manufacturers of the products. This allows us, when we cannot answer questions or solve problems by ourselves, to communicate with the manufacturerdirectly, in order to serve you even better.

With the "Value Added Inspection Modules" (VAIM) we provide first line support during office hours, from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, for faults and questions about the usage.

SLA-agreement

It is possible to take out an SLA agreement for malfunctions so that you can also get in contact with a support employee outside office hours. He will try to fix the fault with you from a distance. If this is not possible? Then on the next working day he will be the first to have a DVC support employee on site to solve the problem.

You can contact the sales department for the possibilities and costs of an SLA agreement.

Tickets 

For each support request we create a ticket in our system, this ticket number will be communicated with you via e-mail. We strive to complete all support requests within 5 working days. We only close a ticket when you indicate that the ticket can be closed.
