DAS

The Digital image Acquisition System (DAS) originated from the growing need to save image sequences without the loss of quality that is inherent to analogue image storage systems (e.g. VCRs) and to image compression techniques in digital systems like MPEG etc.
The DAS acquires series of images from various types of image sources and stores them on its built-in hard disks. The DAS offers a variety of play-back modes, enabling easy saving of selected images.
