GY CTMS Cut-Tire application
The GY CTMS rev.1.0 model A, Cut-Tire application, is a state of the art imaging solution designed for measuring the tire parameters . By using the newest scan technology DVC machinevision BV has built an accurate measurement system, which assists GOODYEAR with faster and more accurate results to maintain the quality of their good name.
System Advantages:
- Ultra Fast measurement (<5 minutes for a typical section of a passenger tire).
- The software interfaces to GOODYEAR Electronic tire drawing system.
- No calibration required for individual measurements.
- The maximum object measuring size 580 x 425 mm.
- The maximum image acquisition size is 297 x 432 mm.
- The system checks it’s own repeatability
- Accuracy 70 micron.

Reporting
- A report summarizing the data of the tire measured.
